New Bites at Disney Spring

2017 has been and continues to be a year full of openings and announcements for the Disney Company. Now an update for 2017/2018’s Disney Springs dining options!!

In the Fall of 2017, we can look forward to a replacement of Portobello from Chicago-based Levy Restaurants with James Beard award winner and “Top Chef Master” Chef Tony Mantuano inspired by Chef’s Italian adventures.

Still on deck for this late this year… wait for it… a wine bar featuring over 100 selections both by the bottle or glass and shareable plates. They expect to host special events as well as educational classes. Master Sommelier George Miliotes is one of only 236 professionally certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers and will be leading this concept! Cheers!!!

The Edison will be a collaboration and the concept is restaurbarclub. The projected opening is the end of this year. “With Old World sophistication and romance, The Edison will be themed to a 1920-era electric company, recalling an exuberant era of invention and imagination…” (Disney Blog)

World Renowned Chef Jose Andres will be joining the West Side with Jaleo in 2018! Town Center will be welcoming a new concept from Wolfgang Puck, a “modern bar and grill” concept.
